Which platforms can I connect?

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile, with several pages or accounts on each. Where a platform needs its own approval first, FlyMyBusiness tells you so and shows the status.

Will FlyMyBusiness post or reply without asking me?

Posts, never: a business admin approves every post first. Replies to comments and messages go out automatically only for praise and questions, and only from your own knowledge. Sensitive comments and messages, such as complaints or refunds, are sent to you to answer; a sensitive message gets only a short holding reply saying you will follow up. Spam is ignored.

Where do posts and replies get their information?

From your business profile and the files you upload. That is the knowledge your posts and replies are written from, so keep it up to date and the answers stay right.

When can my business start posting?
